The Independent String Program (ISP), founded in 2016, offers group classes, school clinics, and ensemble work for musicians playing a wide variety of instruments, focusing on both reading music and improvisation. Using simplified sheet music with melody and chords, musicians can explore different styles and techniques. ISP creates a fun, supportive environment for players of all skill levels to grow and make music together, with flexible "Jam Room" sessions on Saturdays and scheduled group classes during the week.
